President Ayub Khan gifted this area to China during Sino-Pakistan border agreement in 1963. China administers 9171 square miles area of Kashmir out of which 1868 square is a gift from Pakistan. China and Pakistan enjoy close ties however this gift of Kashmir’s territory always remained a question mark.
