Hazrat Shoaib (AS) was a prophet and he was sent to Madyan. Madyan was a community of merchants having control over trade between Syria and Yamen. When Hazrat Musa (AS) reached Egypt it is believed that Hazrat Shoiab (AS) provided him safety as well as hand on one of his daughters. The Holy Quran mentioned Prophet Shoib (AS) 11 times. He was eloquent and a great speaker. Ethnically Hazrat Shoaib (AS) was an Arab and His tomb is in Yemen. Prophet Shoib (AS)’s Mission was to call his people to worship God alone, however most of the nation denied his message and ultimately whole nation was destroyed.
