Famous Pakistani actor Qavi Khan passed away on March 6, 2023 at the age of 80. He was born in Peshawar, worked for radio and then moved to Lahore to work for PTV. He performed in PTV Lahore’s first drama, ‘Nazrana’ as hero. Government of Pakistan awarded him with Sitar-I- Imtiaz and Pride of Performance.
